Our hand knotted Tribal rugs are copied from rugs originally made in the 1850's using hand spun wool and high quality, mostly natural dyes. They come in two quality levels to suit your budget and design needs.
We can have these rugs made in any size you require!

FORMAL:
Our Formal design rugs are after the patterns of Persian rugs made at the turn of the century. Formal colors are generally darker and more muted than the tribal rugs and the patterns are more intricate with greater coverage. These rugs have either a medallion or an all-over pattern.

EUROPEAN:
These rugs have either Modern, French, or English designs and are great for those looking for an alternative to the Persian designs seen in our Tribal and Formal rugs.

Our "unique" rugs come from many countries in a diverse range of quality levels, styles, and prices.
We call them "unique" because they are available only in the sizes and colors you see listed on this site.

Choose from several standard sizes for each design or request custom sizes specific to the needs of your home or office. Our rugs are made with the highest quality New Zealand wool and are hand crafted and knotted by mostly Persian and Turkish weavers who have fled their native countries and practice their craft in other parts of the world. We personally travel to these countries and hand select for our collection only those rugs that meet our high quality standards.
